"By means of tax revenue, borrowing, risk-capital, multilateral and bilateral deals, India will be able to raise the necessary funds. We are confident of that but our main challenge will be implementation of viable projects," he revealed.Chidambaram said the government had plans to provide subsidies for infrastructure projects that were otherwise "not bankable". So are we worried or not? Agra to get a face lift or will it crumble under tourism onslaught?
Do we have funds for infrastructure development or don't we? Can we implement projects or can't we? Will Agra come into total project radar or won't it?
If the Finance Minister is confident, why is the government concerned?
